2. Are there adequate coverage of police and fire stations?
3. What are the letter grades for the following institutions? Hospitals, Schools, Colleges, Museums and Libraries?
4. Are there any factories located throughout the industrial zoned areas?
5. Are there any high-technology industries? (Sim Mars research facility, Software Studio, Industrial Labs)
6. Are there any agricultural areas (zoned industrial)?
7. Are various forms of garbage disposal used along with recycling?
Energy
1. Is there power to all areas within the city?
2. Are there water to all areas within the city?
3. Is air and water pollution under control?
Transportation
1. Does the public transportation system provide full mobility for the people? (Rail, Subway, and Buses)
2. Is there adequate mobility for the transport of goods and services? (Rail and Roads)
3. Is there a developed seaport and airport compatible with the size of the city?
Recreation
1. Are there enough parks, forests, and playgrounds in the city based on the population of the city?
2. Are there an adequate number of recreation areas, including Sports Stadium, Zoo, and Marina?
3. Are there an adequate number of special attractions in the city? (This does not include Landmarks)
